While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a pupil. He began exploring the ministry while in AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC expanded and was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. The Believer’s LoveWorld is home to millions of associates and followers all over the world.
BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” program in 2002. The programme was canceled in May 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that the churches would no longer broadcast miracles on television.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry is divided into four parts including healing ministry, publishing ministry, teaching ministry, and television ministry. He created the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.
