With a total vote count of 2 ‘160.329, ‘Fico’ Gutierrez won the Sunday consultation of the’Team for Colombia’. Votes, equal to 54.1 percentage.
Gutierrez was in attendance for the first debate of presidential candidates after the elections for legislative. He was measured by Gustavo Petro (who won the Historic Pact consultation) and Ingrid Betancourt (an independent candidate). These were his answers.

Importance of Sunday’s results in the election
The first issue of the debate was the Sunday’s results in the election. “It appears to me that we have one foot in the second round and that’s an actuality in politics. But my call was to be united and win the first round, because the entire country is at stake,” said Fico, who said he accepts the win “with confidence.”
After that issue it was suggested that the prospect of winning the first round was aired in which the presidential candidate from Team for Colombia pointed out: “The numbers speak for the numbers. Our coalition was one of the smallest, it’s been three months. And we are mere seconds away, just one million votes of the Historic Pact, it is very clear who we are who can go to the second round to confront these populist and authoritarian policies like those of Petro.”
Petro The most difficult questions
Federico Gutierrez asked Gustavo Petro about Piedad Cordoba’s inclusion on his lists. “How do you claim that you do not support any person with a criminal record in the list if Piedad Cordoba is negotiating with a number of kidnapped persons and has joined the Chavez government, which poses a danger to Colombia?” Fico pointed out that Cordoba was “trading with kidnapping” and he was in support of Ingrid Betancourt.

Zuluaga’s return to the Gutierrez Campaign

Gutierrez during the discussion, criticised Ingrid Betancourt, “who is insisting that there is only one good, and that everyone else is corrupt or bad.”
She disapproved of the candidate, saying: “You don’t have to tell my bad intentions, since there’s not a single corruption scandal, and I’ve executed a sensiblely-planned policy.” If I’m elected president which I’m hoping to be, I’ll join. I’m not sure if they are from the left or right, but I’m going to rule with the best.”
Ingrid was then accusing him of being “supported by machinery such as Los Char and Dilian Francisca Toro”. “Petro” is dumb
Federico Gutierrez, made a new point against Gustavo Petro. He said that he’s aided in his quest for dominion and extinction by former senator Armando Bidenetti. He said that the candidate of the Historic Pact “always plays dumb” when he didn’t get any reaction.
What are the ideas of health care candidates?
The former Medellin mayor, who was elected in 2004, presented his vision of a country’s health system “Ideology should not prevail. We need respect and dignity for our health services. We are planning to enhance the production system to ensure that it is both commercial as well as political.

He said that, while security is vital however, it is not the only thing. He also said that he will mix the security and social. Gutierrez offered a criticism of Petro and said Petro’s present assistance via Families in Action is alms. “To the extent the state supports the family, it has to ensure that the family has the minimum amount of energy and water but not to tell the family to sacrifice their market for the rest of his life, leaving him in poverty. Pension debate
Gutierrez suggested, to improve the pension issue, that the state be in a position to transfer its assets to territorial bodies to aid in strengthening the funds in fixed resources, such as roads and schools. The debate focused on the visit of candidates Gustavo Petro and Rodolfo Gutierrez to Pope Francis. Relations with Venezuela
The final topic of the debate was the relations with Venezuela in which Gutierrez said: “Maduro’s relationship with Colombia has been through the FARC as well as the Eln dissidents, the FARC, Piedad and Petro. Maduro is a dictatorship that isn’t recognized as a legitimate government. But, there is a reality at border.”
He also stated that vehicle travel must be allowed because of the issue that trade is still taking place, as criminal organizations are keeping an illegal economy. Maduro is not recognized by the government. Business decisions must be taken near or at the border.
Gutierrez was speaking about the issue, and had an exchange of words with Petro. He claimed that he does not hesitate to defend “his Allies”, which refers to Russia, Syria, Venezuela and many others.
He also condemned the idea that Colombia would be decoupled from coal and oil. “That’s another reason that renewable energy projects such as solar or wind are being developed. We are working towards this goal and hope to increase our capacity by a third.
Gutierrez delivered a message of goodbye: “Petro. “I will become the president of the Colombians.”
